A: Shiro’s favorite colour is black because he says it is dark like his sense of humor.
Q: What is Shiro’s favorite article of clothing?
A: A grey scarf that he got from him mother as a teenager before she died when he published the first volume of his original manga Dawn which he wrote the story for and did all the illustrations. He got the scarf when he was 19 but it was initially stolen by his mentor who abused him. Shiro snuck into his mentor’s apartment and stole the scarf back. He keeps it as a reminder that he will never be controlled by someone again like he was when Katsuhiro abused him. He is seen wearing the scarf in the first chapter of the manga.
Q: What type of music does Noiz like?
A: Noiz likes industrial music and goth music with an ethereal beat and depressing lyrics. He is a fan of Porcelain Doll which is Julia’s husband’s goth band.
Q: Where did Noiz go to art school?
A: Noiz went to art school in Manhattan at a trade school or occupational school and not a university. He covered up his name on his Associates Degree because he is not a big fan of his real name. He asks everyone to call him Noiz after he meets them. He only uses his real name for legal documents.
Q: Why is Shawn always at Noiz’ apartment?
A: Shawn is Noiz’ best friend who also went to art school with him. Shawn helps Noiz sometimes with inking and backgrounds on the Fissure manga. They initially met in a 2D animation class and became fast friends. Shawn has a lot of friends but Noiz keeps to himself most of the time and only seems to have Shawn as a friend. Shawn lives down the street from Noiz in Jersey but Noiz’ apartment is bigger and nicer so he is always over and he set up a killer gaming system for Noiz so he liked to come over and play on it. He beats Noiz at games most of the time.
